细长轴车削加工的振动及其补偿控制
Vibration Compensation Control in Turning of Slender Shaft
【摘要】 从振动的角度对细长轴车削时变形情况进行了分析,得出了细长轴车削时的简化受力模型,并在此基础上对细长轴的3种常见振动作了简要理论介绍.通过有限元法仿真了细长轴振动的模态,对比改进前后的细长轴的一阶振型,从理论上证实了使用浮动跟刀架能有效地补偿控制振动以减少径向振型的振幅,从而明显地减小了细长轴的加工误差.
【Abstract】 This article analyzed the features of deformation of slender shafts on turning from the angle of vibration and introduced a simplified forced model of the slender shaft subjected to cutting forces. Based on it, three kinds of basic vibration theories were deduced. The vibration modes on turning are simulated using the finite element method. By comparison of the first-order vibration modes of slender shafts before and after using the floating support, it can be seen that the floating support can effectively control the radial vibration magnitude and lessen the machining error of slender shafts.
