加氢催化剂器外预硫化技术的开发应用
Development and Application of Ex-situ Pre-sulfiding Technology for Hydrotreating Catalyst
【摘要】 以廉价的元素硫为硫化剂,一步浸渍法制备器外预硫化催化剂的方法,具有流程简单灵活、生产成本低、产品收率高、硫保留度高、无集中放热现象等优点。工业应用结果表明,采用该技术生产的催化剂可缩短开工周期,加氢活性达到采用器内硫化催化剂的水平。
【Abstract】 The ex-situ pre-sulfiding technology of hydrotreating catalyst adopted one-step impregnation method with cheap elemental sulfur as sulfur agent. This technology has advantages of simple and flexible process, low production cost, high yield of products, high sulfur reservation and without concentrated heat liberating. The commercial trial showed that the catalyst manufactured with this technology can shorten the start-up time and its hydrogenation activity is same as the catalyst with in-situ pre-sulfiding process.
