钢的氧化物冶金技术
OXIDES METALLURGY
【摘要】 介绍了氧化物冶金技术的概念及发展现状,晶内铁素体的作用和形成机理,氧化物种类对晶内铁素体形成的影响及脱氧剂的选择;钢中氧浓度、凝固过程中冷却速度对氧化物夹杂尺寸和数量的影响。以钛脱氧钢为例,指出了有利于晶内针状铁素体形成的夹杂物尺寸、数量、奥氏体晶粒尺寸、氧浓度、铝浓度和氮浓度。
【Abstract】 A new concept termed "oxides metallurgy "and its development at the present were introduced, including the roles and the formation mechanism of the intragranular acicular ferrite (IGF), the effect of the oxide type on the formation of IGF and the selecting of deoxidizers, the effects of cooling rate of solidification and oxygen content in steel on the size and number of oxide inclusions. The optimum conditions for formation of IGF in a Ti-deoxidizing steel were predicted, that the optimum size of inclusions was 0.25~0.80μm, number of inclusions was 1.3×107~1.0×106No./mm3, austenite grain size was 180~190μm, and oxygen content is 15~80μg/g, aluminum content was less than 0.001% and nitrogen content was less than 0.014%.
