气相生长碳纤维影响因素的研究

【摘要】 采用基板生长工艺对各种影响气相生长碳纤维的因素进行分析。结果表明,选择硫化亚铁作为催化剂,氩气为载气,丙烯为碳源,炉内压力4200Pa左右,是气相生长碳纤维的最佳条件,可制备出直径均匀、表面光洁的碳纤维。

【Abstract】 Various factors affecting the growth of VGCFs were studied by the base plate growth process. The results indicated that VGCFs with even diameter and smooth & clean surface could be made by using FeS as catalyst, Ar as carrier gas and propylene as carbon source. The best processing parameters were determined.
