【摘要】 目的通过了解肺癌患者术后的适应状况,为临床护士全面实施整体护理以提高肺癌患者手术后的适应能力提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的肺癌患者术后适应状况的调查问卷,对119例肺癌患者术后状况进行问卷调查。结果 119例患者术后适应水平总体较好,有14项不适应反应发生率在50％以上,其中以疲乏最常见。用相关性分析表明年龄与术后适应水平呈负相关,术后生理功能、自我概念、角色功能和相互依赖4个方面的适应状况呈显著相关关系。结论根据Roy适应模式,临床护理人员应针对肺癌患者术后的主要不适应加强护理,尤其重视老年肺癌患者的护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate postoperative adaptive responses of lung cancer patients so as to provide reference for nurses in carrying out comprehensive nursing to improve postoperative adaptability. Methods One hundred and nineteen patients after lung cancer operation were surveyed by self-designed lung cancer postoperative adaptive response questionnaire. Results The general status of postoperative adaptive responses in these patients was good. The incidence of 14 items of adverse responses was above 50% , among them, fatigue was most common. Correlative analysis revealed age was negatively related to the postoperative adaptive level; there was significant correlation in 4 postoperative adaptive response items, namely postoperative physiological function, self-conception, role function and mutual reliance. Conclusion Intensive nursing care should be given to lung cancer patients with major postoperative adverse adaptive responses, especially in elderly patients.更多还原
