羰基合成醋酐反应中催化剂的作用
The Function of Catalysts in Carbonylation of Methyl Acetate
【摘要】 对醋酸甲酯羰基化制备醋酐的反应机理作了分析,对主催化剂和助催化剂的作用作了描述。在整个催化循环中,碘甲烷氧化加成到二碘二羰基铑是反应的控制步之一,由于碱金属的参与,改变了反应历程,可以认为反应仅受限于铑和碘甲烷的浓度。
【Abstract】 The mechanism for carbonylation of methyl acetate to acetic anhydride is studied and the function of main catalysts and sub-catalysts are described in this article. In the catalytic cycle,one of the rate-determining steps is the oxidative addition of methyl iodide to [Rh(CO)2I2]-. When introducing cationic promoter, the reaction process is changed and it can be considered that the reaction rate is only limited by the concentration of rhodium and methyl iodide.
