耐磨复杂黄铜铸棒应用性能改进
Improvement of Application Properties of Abrasion Resistant Complex Brass
【摘要】 含有锰、硅的复杂黄铜铸棒,由于金属间化合物的生成,在650℃~750℃保温并水淬的组织中,与铸态组织比较,α相比例增加,硬度低于120。添加适量铝,改变合金的相组织,在同条件下,硬度可达135。未添加铝的合金热加工后,在合适的低温时效,可提高硬度。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> Owing to the formation of intermetallic compounds, the cast rod of complex brass containing Mn and Si, in comparison with normal casting structure, contains an increased amount of alpha phase and has a hardness lower than 120 when kept in a temperature range of 650℃ to 750℃ and water quenched. After a certain amount of Al is added into it, the structure of the alloy is modified and its hardness can reach 135. Without adding Al into it, its hardness can be also raised through suitable aging at lower temperatures.
