【Abstract】 The legal order is born inside social structure and integrated with other aspects of society to form the complete social order. The social changes will lead to the evolution of rule of law, which has been witnessed by both the experience and logic. Meanwhile, the evolution of rule of law will, to some degree, help shape the social forms, prompt the change of society and thus be the significant landmark of social evolution. The construction of rule of law in China is a task under the dramatic changes of society, therefore it is necessary for us to put it in the background of modernization to understand its social and political meaning profoundly.更多还原
