【Abstract】 Consensus is the starting point of argumentation. However, a substantial conclusion can not be drawn only with the starting point of a procedural consensus. To solve this problem, we should first combine the theory of consensus with the theory of procedural argumentation so that the argumentation can start with a substantial consensus and abide by the rules of rational argumentation. Therefore, we can know the value theory we pursue, what we are doing and the procedural rules can ensure what we pursue is not arbitrary value.更多还原
