【Abstract】 Faced with the arduous tasks and great expectations of personalities of various circles, the traffic police have taken on heavy responsibilities because of professional properties. The reasons lie in the influence of objective world and the constraint of internal conflict including the cognitive obstruct, the individual obstruct and the gregarious obstruct.
