多元文化交融中的冲突与无奈——评岑岚小说《烹调风波》
Conflicts and Helplessness in Multi-culture Communication
【摘要】 海外华人文学作品较多的表现了华人在异国他乡多元文化交融中的冲突与无奈,岑岚的作品尤以表现这种冲突与无奈见长。岑岚小说《烹调风波》,在质朴叙述中蕴含充满张力的暗示,在平常生活中展示了不平常的文化因素,表现了在多元文化交融的冲突中华裔移民的无奈之痛。
【Abstract】 A lot of the works of the Chinese oversea writers cover the description of the Chinese people’s clashes with foreigners and their helplessness in multi-culture communication in foreign countries. Cen Lan’s novel is typical of the type. Its narration is unadorned but full of tension and implication. The novel reveals cultural factors in everyday life and the pain of helplessness of the Chinese immigrants in multi-culture communication.
