热舒适的生理机制
Physiological Mechanism of Thermal Comfort
【摘要】 目的为室内人工空调温度参数的设定及热舒适度提供实验证据。方法分别观察不同空调温度对大鼠下丘脑部位多巴胺神经元活动及体温的影响。结果当空调温度为28℃时,下丘脑多巴胺(DA)代谢产物———双羟苯乙酸(DOPAC)水平和体温在记录的1 h内保持不变。与此相比较:1.当空调温度高于28℃时,DOPAC水平逐渐增加,当空调温度低于27℃时,DOPAC水平逐渐降低;2.当空调温度为26℃、27℃、28℃、29℃时,大鼠体温能够保持相对恒定。当空调温度高于29℃时,体温逐渐增加;当空调温度低于26℃时,体温逐渐降低。结论麻醉状态下的大鼠在空调温度为28℃时,体温调节活动处于最佳状态。
【Abstract】 Objective To provide experimental evidences for the choice of air-condition temperature and thermal comfort. Methods The effects of different air-condition temperatures on the activity of dopamine neurons in the hypothalamus and body temperature were studied in rats. Results It was observed that the level of 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid(DOPAC) and body temperature kept invariability when air-condition temperature was 28 ℃ within 1 hour.In comparision,the level of DOPAC increased gradually when air-condition temperature was more than 28 ℃and reduced gradually when air-condition temperature was less than 27 ℃.The body temperature in rats kept invariable when air-condition temperature was 26 ℃、27 ℃、28 ℃、29 ℃.The body temperature increased gradually when air-condition temperature was more than 29 ℃ and reduced gradually when air-condition temperature was less than 26 ℃.(Conclusion)Thermoregulation in aneasthetized rats is in the best condition when air-condition temperature is 28 ℃.
