延迟整流钾电流及其阻滞剂的研究进展
Progress in the Study of Delayed Rectifier Potassuim Current and its Blockers
【摘要】 延迟整流钾电流(Ik)主要参与心肌细胞动作电位的复极过程,与心肌细胞动作电位时程(APD)和有效不应期(ERP)的长短关系密切。其主要包含两种成分:快激活成分(Ikr)和慢激活成分(Iks)。它们的分子特点是心肌电生理特性的基础,组织分布特点是APD和ERP离散的基础。而其阻滞剂即Ⅲ类抗心律失常药物是目前临床应用的热点。
【Abstract】 Delayed rectifier potassuim current plays a dominant role in the repolarization of cardiac action potencial, and has close relation to the cardiac action potencial period and effective refractory period. Delayed rectifier potassuim current includes two componants basically: the rapidly activated component and the slowly activated component. The molecular biology of delayed rectifier potassuim current contribute to cardiac electrophysiological properties, and its regional difference influences the action potential dispersion. The blockers of delayed rectifier potassuim current (Ⅲ antiarrythmias agents) have been the focus of the clinical study recently.
