左侧内囊后肢梗死对反射性视觉诱导性眼扫动的影响

【摘要】 目的研究左侧内囊后肢梗塞对Gap-task模式下反射性视觉诱导性眼扫动的影响,探讨顶叶眼区的调节功能。方法以左侧内囊后肢梗死患者、左侧顶叶脑梗死患者与正常受试者为研究对象,按照gap-task模式测定左、右眼扫动潜伏期,并观察眼动波形,进行组间对照。结果与正常受试者比较,左侧内囊后肢病变患者与左侧顶叶眼区病变患者均出现右向眼扫动辨距不良,准确性下降;并且双向启动延迟,但以右向眼动的受累更为显著。结论对于gap-task模式下反射性视觉诱导性眼扫动,内囊后肢病变与顶叶眼区病变有相似影响;顶叶眼区具有调节向对侧眼扫动幅度的功能。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the effects of cerebral infarction in the left posterior limb of internal capsule (PLIC) on reflexive visually-guided saccades with the gap-task and the function of parietal lobe eye field (PEF) on regulating the paradigm.MethodsEighty three subjects were enrolled in our study, including 50 normal, 18 with the left PLIC, and 15 subjects with infarction of the left PEF. The latency was measured under gap-task paradigms. Saccades latency and waves of the PLIC group were compared with those of the control group and the PEF group by Students t-test.Resultssixteen of 18 subjects with left PLIC showed rightward dysmetria. The (bilateral) latency was delayed and the rightward latency was longer than the leftward in 18 subjects with left PLIC.(ConclusionFor) gap-task visual saccades, the effects of PLIC are similar to those of the PEF lesion. PEF controls the accuracy of contralateral saccades by regulating the saccades amplitude.
