大型铝合金铸件凝固过程数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Solidifying Process Of Huge Aluminum Alloy Castings
【摘要】 以大直径中空圆柱体ZL 104铝合金铸件为研究对象,分别对侧冒口方案和顶冒口方案进行了数值模拟,并进行浇铸验证。试验和模拟结果表明,采用保温顶冒口并加大压头后,保证了铸件质量。说明凝固过程数值模拟对于铝合金铸件生产是很重要的。
【Abstract】 By simulating plans of side riser and top-riser and pouring casting, a numerical simulation of aluminum alloy castings ZL104 with great diameter column is tested and verified, whose result shows that using top hot-riser and increasing feeder-head can secure the quality of casting, and proves that numerical simulation of solidifying process is very important for producing aluminum alloy castings.
