热管对焊接热循环和焊接热影响区的影响
The Effect of Heat Pipe on the Thermal Cycle During Welding and HAZ
【摘要】 焊接热循环是影响焊接热影响区性能的主要因素.本文主要研究了使用一种高效传热元件-热管,来强制冷却焊接热影响区部位,使热循环参数改变:高温停留时间缩短,峰值温度降低,冷却速度加快.从而改善热影响区性能,提高焊接接头的质量,该方法是一种方便、高效的方法.
【Abstract】 The HAZ can affect the quality of the welded joint. There exist intensive stress and deformation at this zone, which can induce crack and brittle fracture of the welded joint. Because the main factor which affects the HAZ is the thermal cycle during welding, so the property of the welded joint can be improved by controlling the parameters of the thermal cycle during welding. The transcalent heat pipe has been used in this paper, which cools the HAZ compulsively and changes the parameters of thermal cycle. Time staying in high temperature is shortened, the peak temperature is decreased, and the cooling rate is increased. So the property of the HAZ can be improved and the quality of the welded joint can also be enhanced. This method is simple and efficient.
