应用MSC.Dytran研究汽车保险杠碰撞过程
A Study on the Collision Behavior of the Bumper by MSC.Dytran
【摘要】 在低速碰撞中,保险杠对车身的安全防护作用是不容忽视的,这就需要对保险杠的耐撞性要有一个准确的评估.应用MSC.Patran前后处理软件及MSC.Dytran分析软件,根据碰撞标准对某型号北京吉普车保险杠进行瞬态弹塑性有限元数值模拟.通过对所得其位移、加速度等的分析,得出增强保险杠耐撞性的规律.
【Abstract】 Safety of the bumper to vehicle body is very important in the low speed impact, so it is needed to study the bumper’s collision. In this paper, the numerical simulation of a Beijing jeep bumper’s collision process with the FE software MSC.Dytran is presented. According to the regulations of low speed impact of the bumper, some suggestions are given to improve the performance of this bumper through analyzing the velocity、acceleration and deformation.
