含中药的磷酸钙生物材料制备方法的研究
Preparation and characterization of calcium phosphate biomaterials containing Chinese medicine
【摘要】 目的探索一种制备含中药的磷酸钙骨替换材料的方法。方法将湿法合成磷酸钙沉淀分别与中药香丹注射液(主要成分为丹参)、川芎嗪注射液混合,用喷雾干燥的方法分别制备含丹参和川芎嗪的磷酸钙粉末。采用热分析仪、激光粒度仪、X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪表征含丹参和川芎嗪的磷酸钙粉末的理化性能。结果热分析实验结果表明,磷酸钙粉末中约含16%的丹参和5%的川芎嗪。激光粒度仪分析结果表明,中药的加入对磷酸钙/丹参或川芎嗪的颗粒直径影响不大。X射线衍射的结果表明,含丹参或川芎嗪的磷酸钙材料与自然骨相的组成相似,具有较小的晶粒尺寸和较低的结晶度。红外光谱结果表明,含丹参的磷酸钙材料具有磷酸钙的红外特征吸收峰,同时在指纹区也出现了中药丹参的一些特征峰。结论可通过喷雾干燥的方法制备含中药的磷酸钙材料;也可利用此方法制备含其他中药的磷酸钙粉末。本研究制备的含中药的磷酸钙生物材料与自然骨具有相似的相成分,可能具有优良的生物相容性。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new approach for preparing calcium phosphate biomaterials Ca/P containing Chinese medicine in bone graft. Methods Ca/P was synthesized by a wet chemical method. Polyacrylic acid PAA) was added into the Ca/P precipitation as the surfactant for modifying the surface of Ca/P particles. Then the Chinese medicine injection of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge SMB and Rhizoma Chuanxiong RC were dropped into the Ca/P slurry modified by PAA and stirred over night. The Ca/P powders contained SMB and RC were prepared by spray dryer,and measured by thermogravimetry TG,X-ray Diffraction XRD,laser particle size analyzer LPSA,and Fourier transform infrared FTIR. Results The results of TA showed that Ca/P powders contained about 16 % SMB and 5 % RC. The FTIR spectra confirmed that some new peaks were found after introducing PAA and /or SMB. Laser Particle Size analysis demonstrated that PAA and /or Chinese medicine had a slight effect on the particle size of Ca/P powder. XRD pattern confirmed that diffraction of the broaden peaks with the diffusion background which indicating Ca/P powders were poor crystallinity and in smaller grain size. Conclusion The present results demonstrate that Ca/P powders contained. Chinese medicine can be prepared by spray dryer. The contents of the Chinese medicine in Ca/P biomaterials are adjusted by altering the amount of the Chinese medicine injection the preparation of Ca/P biomaterials contained the Chinese medicine possess the similar component with natural bone,thus they might have excellent biocompatibility.
