【摘要】 目的报道以远端为蒂的腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复足背踝部软组织缺损。方法11例足背及踝部软组织缺损,采用远端为蒂的外踝上皮瓣进行修复,皮瓣面积最大19 cm×9 cm,最小5 cm×4 cm。结果11例皮瓣完全存活,随访时间2~21个月,皮瓣质地优良,外观及功能满意。结论远端为蒂的腓动脉穿支皮瓣是修复足背部软组织缺损的一种良好方法,该皮瓣具有血管恒定,切取方便,血供丰富且不需牺牲主要动脉的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the results of distally based peroneal perforator flaps for the reconstruction of the soft tissue defects around ankle and dorsal aspect of foot.Methods 11 patients with soft tissue defects around ankle and dorsal aspect of foot were treated with distally based lateral supramalleolar flaps.The flaps size was from 19 cm×9 cm to 5 cm×4 cm.Results The followed up time was from 2 to 21 months. All the flaps were survived.The color and texture of the flaps were nearly normal.The patients were satisfied with the appearance.Conclusion Distally based lateral supramalleolar flap is a effective way for the reconstruction of the soft tissue defect around ankle and dorsal aspect of the foot,with reliable donor artery,easy dissection,rich blood supply and without sacrifice of major artery.更多还原
