【摘要】 目的总结各种带蒂皮瓣修复手背部软组织缺损的疗效及适应证。方法根据手背部软组织缺损的面积及部位,对56例手背部软组织缺损患者采用各种带蒂皮瓣修复。结果53例皮瓣完全成活,3例出现皮缘部分坏死,8例需二期手术修整。结论采用各种带蒂皮瓣修复手背部软组织缺损,方法简单、可靠,但要掌握一定适应证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the effect and indication of the pedicled flap in repair the dorsal soft tissue defect of hand.Methods Various types of pedicled flaps were used to repair dorsal tissue defect of hand according to the location and size.Results In 53 cases the flap survived completely,in 3 cases partial necrosis and in 8 cases need farther repair.Conclusion The pedicled flap is simple and reliable in repair the dorsal tissue defect of hand.But it is necessary to conform indications of the various flaps.更多还原
