原型水轮机的非定常湍流计算和尾水管压力脉动分析
Unsteady turbulent simulation of prototype hydraulic turbine and analysis of pressure fluctuation in draft tube
【摘要】 本文对三陕原型混流式水轮机进行了三维非定常湍流计算 ,得到了水轮机的非定常流场 ,预测了尾水管内的压力脉动。通过与模型试验结果进行比较可以看出 ,本计算能够比较准确地预测尾水管内的压力脉动。本文还根据计算结果分析了尾水管内非定常涡带产生和传播的原理。
【Abstract】 Three-dimensional unsteady turbulent flow is simulated through the whole passage of Three Gorge’s Francis hydraulic turbine, and the pressure fluctuation in draft tube is predicted. The comparison between the calculation results and experimental data indicates that the calculation in this paper can medict the pressure fluctuation in draft tube very well. In the meantime, the helical vortex rope in draft tube is analyzed by the principle of its production and spread.
