510例女性生殖道支原体感染耐药性分析
Drug Resistance Analysis in 510 Cases with Female Genital Infection of Mycoplasma
【摘要】 目的:了解女性生殖道解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)感染的体外耐药情况。方法:对510例女性生殖道感染者宫颈分泌物标本同时进行支原体培养和耐药性检测。结果:①体外支原体检出率Uu为73.5%;Uu加Mh为25.1%;Mh仅1.4%。②支原体体外耐药率高的前5位抗生素分别是可乐必妥(CRA65.7%)、环丙沙星(CFP43.1%)、红霉素(ERY40.0%)、司氟沙星(SPA37.5%)和罗红霉素(ROX27.5%)。③耐4种以上抗生素耐药率Uu为20.0%,Uu加Mh为56.3%。结论:①女性生殖道支原体感染以Uu为主,Uu加Mh次之,单纯Mh感染较少。②支原体对常规抗生素已产生较高的耐药率,临床应做支原体药敏检测,合理应用抗生素。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the drug resistance of the Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hemynids (Mh) in female genital infection in vitro. Methods: The Mycoplasma culture and the drug resistance test were done in cervices specimens from 510 cases with female genital infection. Results: ①Among the positive Mycoplasma, Uu accounted for 73.5%, both Uu and Mh 25.1%, Mh only 1.4%, respectively. ②The top five drug resistant in Mycoplasma culture in vitro in order was CRA (65.7%), CFP (43.1%), ERY (40.0%), SPA (37.5%), and ROS (27.5%). ③ The rate of drug resistance over four-types of antibiotics in Uu species was 20.0%, while Uu plus Mh was 56.3%. Conclusions: ①Mycoplasma infection in the female genital tract commonly caused by Uu, then by Uu plus Mh, and less by Mh.② Mycoplasma test and drug sensitivity should be done in clinic as many species of Mycoplasma resist to routine antibiotics, and reasonable usage of antibiotics is necessary.
