【摘要】 以半夏Pinellia ternata (Thunb ) Breit 的幼嫩叶柄为外植体,接种于附加 NAA、2,4- D、KT、6-BA及其组合的MS培养基上,均能产生愈伤组织。研究结果表明,MS+ 1. 5 mg/L KT + 2. 0 mg/L 2,4- D 对半夏愈伤组织的诱导效果最好。MS+ 0 2 mg/L 6- BA+0 .5 mg/L NAA增殖培养的愈伤组织较适合于器官的分化,MS+0 5 mg/L 6 -BA +1 0 mg/L 2,4 D增殖培养的愈伤组织较适合于做细胞悬浮培养的材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tender stipe of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit. is used as explant. If explant is cultured in medium MS supplement with only NAA or 2,4-D or KT or 6-BA or with 2 or 3 kinds at the same time ,callus is all induced.And MS+ 1.5 mg/L KT + 2.0 mg/L 2,4-D is the best for induction of callus . MS+ 0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA is suitable to organ differentiation. MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA +1.0 mg /L 2,4-D is optimum medium material for proliferation of callus.更多还原
