【摘要】 在以前的文献中,国内外不少学者先后对战略联盟的定义、类型、动因、风险等从不同角度进行了分析研究,但是对战略联盟绩效的研究相对较少。跨国公司寻求战略联盟的根本性战略动机是为了提高公司的综合竞争能力,以此作为评价战略联盟绩效的依据,展开对各影响因素与联盟绩效的关系的研究。目的是希望找出各影响因素与联盟绩效的关系,为跨国公司在战略联盟实践中如何提高联盟绩效提供一定的参考价值。更多还原
