【Abstract】 The system of social insurance originated from the developed countries in the West , and was the product of modern industrial society. Ever since its foundation, the CPC had began to lead the Chinese working class for the establishment of the regulations of social insurance. In the period of the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the CPC set down social insurance legislation along with the building of revolutionary base areas. Nevertheless, the very legislation was not separated from the Labor Law till the early stage of the nationwide Liberation War. In its latter stage, the social insurance legislation did not enter the independent phase until the formulation and promulgation in succession on Northeastern State-Ownership Enterprises Wartime Provisional Labor Insurance Regulations and other separated regulations.更多还原
