【Abstract】 This study is based on a questionnaire investigation which describes poor family’s assets, revenue and expenditure and housing conditions of urban China. Some policy recommendations are proposed in order to guarantee the basic life standards of the poor families in urban areas and to accumulate essential assets finally for them to get rid of poverty.更多还原
