【摘要】 目的　探讨人眼Schlemm管外壁与深层巩膜的组织结构特点及Schlemm管外壁的功能。方法　采用HE染色及通用型二步法免疫组化染色,对11例(15眼)开角型青光眼患者的Schlemm管外壁及深层巩膜进行对比观察。结果　Schlem m管外壁较深层巩膜的胶原纤维束明显细小、均匀,其排列方式也不同;Schlemm管外壁中有 、、、型胶原,而无 型胶原。结论　Schlemm管外壁具有较好的抗变形力及柔韧性,其抗张强度虽不如巩膜,但比巩膜具有更好的顺应性,能够根据眼压的波动表现出相应的回弹能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the configuration and the function of outer wall of Schlemm’s canal an d deep scleral tissue comparatively.Method HE and immunohistochemistry stain were used to i nvestigate the outer wall of Schlemm’s canal in 11 open-angle glaucoma patient s.Results The size and arrangement of collagen fibers in the outer walls of Sc hlemm’s canal were different from those in deep sclera tissues.The outer walls of Schlemm’s canal contained types Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ collagen,but no positive st aining of type Ⅳ collagen.Conclusion The outer wall of Schlemm’s canal possesses better creep-resistant properties and mechanical compliance.It shows a tenden cy towards restoration with the fluctuation of intraocular pressure.更多还原
