【摘要】 目的探讨自制肝复康胶囊辅助治疗原发性肝细胞肝癌(HCC)的疗效。方法将100例经临床及 影像学、血清学、活组织检查确诊为HCC的患者随机分成A、B两组各50例,其年龄、性别、病情等无显著差异(P >0.05),入院后A、B两组均行肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE),术后两组均予常规治疗,A组加服肝复康胶囊,观察 两组疗效。结果A组患者的的生存率、血清AFP下降率及各项免疫因子水平等均优于B组。结论 TACE术 后口服肝复康胶囊,可提高HCC患者生活质量及免疫力,延长生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the hepatocellular carcinoma treated by TACE combined with Chinese medicine Ganfukang. Methods 100 cases of HCC (diagnosed by percutaneous biopsy under the guide of CT or B-ultrasound) were divided randomly into two groups. Group B(50 cases) were treated by TACE alone,Group A(50 cases) were treated by TACE and Chinese medicine Ganfukang. The efficacy of two groups was compared according to the level of CD3 、CD4、CD8、NK cell. Results The clinical information showed that there were significant differences in the survival rate, size of the tumor,changes of AFP level and the immunity, the ability of NK cell between the two groups(P<0. 01). Conclusions Chinese medicine Ganfukang can improve the immunity and prolong the survival time of HCC treated by TACE.更多还原
