【摘要】 目的:探讨中医治疗对糖尿病肾病肾功能不全患者生存质量的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的146例糖尿病。肾病肾功能不全患者随机分为中药组和西药组,中药组在基础治疗同时辨证加服止消通脉宁系列颗粒,西药组在基础治疗同时加服氯沙坦,3月为1疗程,采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)进行生存质量评分,将两组评分进行比较。结果:两治疗方案对糖尿病肾病肾功能不全患者的生存质量评分和患者通过治疗后自我满意度评分的提高较治疗前均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),两治疗方案之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);对于糖尿病肾病肾功能不全代偿期患者生存质量自我评分比较显示:两治疗方案对此期患者生存质量自我评分均有非常显著性疗效,其中中药组优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:两治疗方案均可显著改善糖尿病肾病患者的生存质量,其中在糖尿病肾病肾功能不全代偿期患者中,中医药对患者的生存质量的改善更具优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to discuss the effects of diabetic nephropathy renal failure treated by Chinese medicine to quality of life. Methods: the 146 diabetic nephropathy renal failure patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The control group were treated with base treatment and Losartan, while the treated group were treated with base treatment and zhixiao tongmaining series granule,and 3 months were a period of treatment. WHO quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF) was adopted to grade and compare the results of the two groups. Results: there is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05 ) after treatment, but there is significant difference between before treatment to after treatment in self-grade. Conclusion: in the period of compensation, Chinese medicine has outstanding advantages for diabetic nephropathy especially for improving the quality of life of DN.更多还原
