【摘要】 目的:确定白花败酱总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用均匀设计实验优选白花败酱中总皂苷的提取条件,用AB 8大孔吸附树脂柱对提取物进行提纯,并以齐墩果酸标准品作对照,采用薄层比色法进行含量测定。结果:确定最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度95 %、溶剂用量32倍(2 0倍、12倍)、提取时间7h(4h、3h)提取两次,白花败酱中总皂苷(以齐墩果酸计)含量为0 .6 0 8% ,与理论推测相符。结论:最佳提取工艺和提纯方法可以有效提取白花败酱中的总皂苷,工艺操作简单易行,适合工业生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to determine the best process of extracting of total-saponins from Patrinia villosa Juss. Methods:optimized extraction conditions were adopted by using the uniformed design test.The extraction was pured with macropore resin AB-8, and the total-saponins content was measured colorimetrically according to oleanolic acid comparition. Results:the best process is 95% ethanol,extracting twice in 32 times ethanol solution at 100 ℃ water bath for 7 h. Under the condition,the total-saponins content was 0.608%,which is the same to the theoretical calculation value. Conclusions: the optimized extraction process and purfying methods could extract the total-saponins efficiently from Patrinia villosa Juss. It is simple and easy for industory production.更多还原
