【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻内窥镜术后用塑料管扩张上颌窦口避免上颌窦口闭塞及术腔黏连的临床效果。方法:为106例1、90侧慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者在鼻内窥镜术后应用塑料管扩张上颌窦口。结果:随访12个月以上,根据内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效评定标准(1997,海口),治愈率为87.9%(167/190),好转率为12.1%(32/190)。无1例术腔黏连及上颌窦口闭塞。结论:鼻内窥镜术后用塑料管扩张上颌窦口方法简便,效果满意,可作为常规方法应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect of dilatation of the maxillary sinus orifice by placing plastic pipe through it to avoid the maxillary sinus atresia and conglutination of operative antrum after endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS). Method :A total of 106 cases(190 sides) with chronic sinusitis were operated on. Results : All the patients were followed up over 12 months. According to the standard of Haikou(1997),the cure rate was 87.9%,and the improvement rate was 12.1%.No maxillary sinus orifice atresia and operative antrum conglutination were found.Conclusion : This method is simple and effective to avoid the atresia of maxillary sinus and conglutination of operative antrum after ESS.更多还原
