【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜下用微型电动切削器切除声带息肉的疗效。方法:用鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜,在电视监视器下用微型电动切削器切除声带息肉107例。结果:随访3个月,治愈99例(92．5％),好转7例(6．6％),无效1例(0．9％)。结论:鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜下微型电动切削器切除声带息肉,操作简单、快捷、安全、高效,有较好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of micro - stryker instrument in the vocal cord polypectomy under nasal endoscope and self - retaining laryngoscope. Method: One hundred and seven patients were treated with micro-stryker instrument under nasal endoscope and self - retaining laryngoscope in the vocal cord polypectomy. Result: All cases were followed up for three months. The cure rate was 92.5% , partial improvement rate 6.6%, and uneffectivity rate 0.9%. Conclusion: The micro-stryker instrument under nasal endoscope and self-retaining laryngoscope is a valuable, effective, simple and safe technology.更多还原
