【摘要】 目的:比较鼻内镜电动切割与微波热凝经鼻治疗儿童腺样体肥大的疗效。方法:在鼻内镜和电视监视下经鼻分别采用电动切割及微波热凝治疗儿童腺样体肥大各36例,治疗由于腺样体肥大引起的儿童睡眠呼吸障碍、鼻阻塞和咽鼓管功能障碍。结果:电动切割术后腺样体切除彻底,无残体存留,鼻咽部结构显示良好,无咽鼓管损伤等并发症发生,随访1～2年,患儿症状消失或明显减轻,治疗有效率为10 0 %。微波热凝术后腺样体切除不彻底,仍有残体存留,有咽鼓管损伤等并发症发生,随访1～2年,患儿治疗有效率为83.9%。结论:鼻内镜下经鼻电动切割治疗儿童腺样体肥大的疗效优于微波热凝。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effect of powered microdebrider and microwave in treating adenoidal hypertrophy through nose under endoscopy in children.Methods:Thirty-six cases were operated by adenoidectomy with microderider through nose under endoscopy, and the other 36 cases were operated by adenoidectomy with microwave through nose under endoscopy. All were suffered from sleep respiratory disorder, nose block, hearing loss induced by adenoidal hypertrophy.Results:With microdebrider,the adenoid gland was removed completely and anatomic configuration of nasopharynx was well reviewed.All were recovered without complications,the symptoms were disappeared or relieved by following-up of 1～2 years.The effective rate was 100%.With microwave,adenoid gland was removed incompletely, and eustachian injury was found.The effective rate was 83.9% by following-up of 1～2 years.Conclusion:The microdebrider is better than microwave in treating adenoidal hypertrophy with endoscopy in children.更多还原
