【摘要】 目的:探讨CDK4与下咽癌病变的相关性及其生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组化S -P法检测下咽鳞状细胞癌5 3例,癌旁正常黏膜11例中CDK4在下咽癌组织及正常黏膜中的表达。结果:CDK4在下咽癌中呈弥漫性细胞核表达,阳性率高于正常黏膜,CDK4与T分级、N分级呈明显的正相关,相关系数分别为0 .5 2 4、0 .316 ,经统计学分析与下咽癌其他临床指标间差异无显著性。结论:CDK4在下咽癌病变过程中可能起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relation between CDK4 and hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and their biologic behavior.Methods: Immunohistochemical staining by specific monoclonal anti-CDK4 protein was performed using streptavidin-peroxidase conjugated method(S-P method) in 53 cases of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 11 cases of normal adjacent epithelium.Results: Positive staining for CDK4 in hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma showed suffusing nucleus. There were significant differences between the expression of tumorous cell and normal epithelium. Positive relation was found between CDK4 expression and T, N grade significantly,and the correlation coefficient was 0.524 and 0.316, separately. Conclusion: CDK4 may play an important role in the progression of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
