【摘要】 目的:探讨促进前房出血吸收,防止继发性青光眼和角膜血染的治疗方法和并发症对预后的影响。方法:患者卧床,包扎双眼;静滴或口服皮质类固醇;使用止血芳酸;安络血等止血药;冲洗前房。结果:出血全部吸收96例(92 .31% ) ,出血未全部吸收8例(7.6 9% )。结论:外伤性前房出血视力的恢复与早期治疗有关,并与出血量,眼球损伤程度及有无并发症有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the method for promoting the absorbance of hemorrhage and preventing secondary glaucoma and corneal haemosiderosis,and observe the relationship between complications and prognosis. Method:Patients were asked to lie in bed,were wrapped both eyes with gauze; they took steroids orally or intravenously dripped,and received cabazoohomi,aminonethlbenzoic acid,and irrigation of the anterior chamber. Results:Complete absorbence of the blood was in 96 cases( 92.31%),partial absorbance was in 8 cases (7.69%). Conclusion:Recovery of vision is related to the early treatment, amount of hemorrhage,severity of the contusion, and complications.更多还原
