【摘要】 目的:探讨支撑喉镜下喉显微手术临床上的可行性与疗效。方法:经喉插管全身静脉复合麻醉支撑喉镜下应用喉显微手术切除病变,治疗各种喉疾病12 90例。结果:支撑喉镜下喉显微手术可将病变经喉内完整切除,术后经0 .5～3年随访,12 90例中,发声恢复正常996例,明显改善2 5 7例,复发需再次手术36例、黏连1例。结论:支撑喉镜下喉显微手术精度高,患者创伤小,是治疗喉部病变特别是声带小结及声带息肉较好的方法,但需掌握适应证和预防并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the possibility and therapeutic effect of suspension laryngoscope in microlaryngo-surgery.Method:Under general anaesthesia, 1?290 patients who suffered from various kinds of laryngeal diseases were inserted laryngoscope through oral cavity to cut off the pathologic changes.Result:Through suspension laryngoscopy,it was possible to completely cut off the pathologic changes .Followed up from 0.5～3 years,996 cases were cured,257 cases had obvious improvement,36 cases recurred and reoperated,1 case had adhesion.Conclusion:Lesions are well magnified and illuminated under microscope. Microlaryngosurgery through suspension laryngoscope is less traumatic especial to vocal cords or polyps,but it should be paid more attention to the indications and complications.更多还原
