【摘要】 目的　探讨鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术中对中鼻甲息肉样变行中鼻甲部分切除术而保留中鼻甲主体结构的可能性。方法:在鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术中,对2 9例38侧伴有息肉样变的中鼻甲行中鼻甲部分切除术,术后通过鼻内窥镜观察中鼻甲的形态及其对术腔愈合的影响。结果:术后2～4个月中鼻甲的外观形态基本恢复正常,未发现因保留中鼻甲的主体结构而影响术腔的愈合。结论:鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术中经过适当处理而保留息肉样变中鼻甲的主体结构是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the possibility of reserving the main portion of polypoid middle turbinate in partial turbinectomy by endoscopic sinus surgery. Method:The status of the reserved portion of the middle turbinate and the healing process were observed postoperatively by nasal endoscopy in 29 cases with 38 sides. Results: The status of the middle turbinate had recovered in 2 to 4 months in all of the 29 cases, and the adverse effect of the middle turbinate on the healing process had not been found. Conclusion: It is practicable to reserve the main portion of the polypoid middle turbinate in endoscopic sinus surgery.更多还原
