【摘要】 目的:探讨高功率半导体激光辅助腭咽成形术的手术方法。方法:综合评价DIOMED - 30半导体激光悬雍垂腭咽成形术(LAUP)治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征前、后呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)、血氧饱和度和临床症状的变化。结果:LAUP有效率高,患者出血少,反应轻,康复快,少有并发症。结论:高功率半导体激光与传统激光相比能最大限度地扩大软腭水平气道狭窄。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of diomed-30 laser in uvulopalatoplasty.Methods:Laser assisted uvulopalato-pharyngoplasty(LAUP) were performed on the patient suffering from obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).The apnea hypopnea index(AHI),SaO 2 and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed. Result: The therapeutic effect was high,with less bleeding,quick recovery and few complication.Conclusion :Diomed laser for UPPP can enlarge the horizontal air passage of soft palate.更多还原
