采用自适应控制策略的冷轧AGC系统仿真研究
Simulation of AGC System in Cold Rolling Based on Adaptive Control Strategy
【摘要】 针对板带材冷轧厚度自动控制(AGC)系统的被控对象参数在轧制过程中的时变特性,提出了一种自适应控制策略,旨在提高控制系统对参数变化的适应能力。在MATLAB/Simulink下的仿真研究结果表明,设计的自适应AGC系统响应较快,抗干扰特性较好。
【Abstract】 In view of the parameters time-variation of the controlled object in the AGC system of cold rolling,a method based on adaptive control strategy is present in order to improve the adaptability of the system to the time-variation of the parameters.The results simulated by MATLAB/Simulink show that the system designed has quicker respondence and better anti-interference characteristic.
