高炉热状态预报系统的设计与实现
Design and Realization of Prediction Expert System for Blast Furnace Heat State
【摘要】 利用对高炉热状态变化敏感的控制参数和征兆参数,根据操作规程和专家经验,采用VB语言编程,设计了使用推理机的高炉热状态预报系统。为提高系统的精度和效率,依据高炉冶炼过程的特点,改进了参数的处理和推理算法。该系统在高炉上运行结果良好。
【Abstract】 The system chooses the control parameters and symptomatic parameters which are sensitive to the fluctuation of the heat state and uses inference engine by programming with VB language to predict the heat state by operational regulations and empirical knowledge.In order to advance its precision and efficiency,the system has been improved on processing of parameters and algorithm of inference engine according to the characteristics of the blast furnace production.The system obtains good result on some blast furnace.
