铸渗法制备硬质合金覆层材料微观结构研究
Study on Microstructure of Hard Alloy Cladding Material Prepared by Casting-infiltration
【摘要】 研究采用铸渗法制备三元硼化物硬质合金覆层钢基材料。确定了以M o粉、FeB合金粉和Fe粉为基本原料,加入C、NaF、PVB等添加剂,采用铸渗反应烧结工艺,在ZG-45铸钢基体表面制备三元硼化物硬质合金覆层;利用金相显微镜研究了铸渗覆层的金相组织,利用SEM-EDS研究了铸渗覆层的微观结构和元素分布,铸渗层成分分析表明,在界面结合处实现了合金元素的扩散与渗透,三元硼化物金属陶瓷覆层与钢基体形成了良好的冶金结合。初步讨论了铸渗反应机理。
【Abstract】 The preparation of ternary boride hard alloy cladding layer on steel substrate is studied. Using Mo, Fe metal powders, and FeB alloy powders as raw materials, NaF, C, PVB as additives, the ternary boride hard alloy cladding material on ZG-45 casting-steel substrate is prepared by casting-infiltration reaction sintering process. The metallographic system of hard alloy cladding material is studied by metallographic microscope and the microstructure and element distribution in cladding material is analyzed by SEM-EDS. The analysis of the component on the casting-infiltration stratum indicates that it has realized the pervasion and the infiltration at the place of the coalescent interphase. There has formed favorable metallurgy coalescent between the ternary boride cermet cladding and the steel. The mechanism of casting-infiltration reaction sintering process is discussed also.
