济钢1750m~3高炉设计特点
Design Characteristics of 1750m~3 BF in Jigang
【摘要】 济钢1750m3高炉设计采用全冷却壁、砖壁合一薄壁炉衬、铜冷却壁、碳砖-陶瓷杯复合炉底、全软水密闭循环冷却系统、PW串罐无料钟炉顶、KALUGIN顶燃式热风炉等一系列先进实用技术,为实现高产、优质、低耗、长寿、环保的生产目标奠定了技术基础。
【Abstract】 A series of advanced and suitable techniques were adopted in the design of 1750m3 BF in Jigang, such as entire cooling staves structure, thin skinned lining, copper cooling staves, carbon brick-ceramic cup complex bottom, closed loop soft water cooling system, PW serial type bell-less top with two coaxial vertical hoppers, KALUGIN top-combustion stove, etc. Therefore, the technical foundations for realizing the objects of high yield, high quality, low consuming, long life and environmental protection are established.
