【Abstract】 Because of different quality, fluctuant composition and heavy sulphur load of the raw material and fuel, the desulphurization ability of slag must be increased namely the basicity of slag and smelt temperature are improved for improving the ratio of first-grade pig iron. But these all have influence to the stable smooth operation, utilization coefficient of the blast furnace and the pig iron cost. Thus combining existing raw material and fuel condition and the consumer requests, considering smelt cost synthetically, controlling the first-grade products ratio of pig iron in 50% is proper.更多还原
