【摘要】 目的建立了GC法测定复方细胞色素C滴眼液中丁二酸钠的含量。方法样品经酸化乙酸乙酯萃取,用三氟化硼-甲醇衍生后进行GC分析。内标为丙二酸二甲酯。结果方法线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率:99.57%,RSD:0.99%。结论此法可用于丁二酸钠含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a GC method for determination of sodium succinate in Co-cytochrome C eye drops.Methods The sample was analysed by GC after extracting by ethyl acetate and derivatization with boron trifluoride-methanol,the internal standard was dimethylmalonate.Results The linear relation of the method was satisfactory(r=0.9997),the average recovery rate was 99.57% and RSD was 0.99%.Conclusion The mothod was suitable for determination of sodium succinate in Co-cytochrome C eye drops.更多还原
