【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction processes for ferulic acid from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort..Methods Using ferulic acid(FA) as target in the extracted solution,and the latter process was optimized with orthogonal design.Results and conclusion The optimum extraction processes was adding 8 times amount of 70% alcohol,refluxing and extracting for two times,1.5 hour each time.更多还原
