【摘要】 目的评价硫普罗宁注射液的安全性。方法对硫普罗宁注射液进行血管刺激性、溶血性、过敏性试验。结果硫普罗宁注射液对家兔耳缘静脉无明显刺激作用,对家兔红细胞无明显体外溶血及致凝集作用,对豚鼠无致过敏作用。结论硫普罗宁注射液用于注射是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the security of Tiopronin Injection.Methods The stimulation reaction of Tiopronin on blood vessel of rabbit,the hemolysis and agglomeration reaction on vitro-body red cell of rabbit and the hypersensitivity reaction on Guinea pig were studied.Results The results showed no stimulation on blood vessel of rabbit,no hemolysis and agglomeration on vitro-body red cells of rabbit and no hypersensitive action on Guinea pig.Conclusion Tiopronin is safe for injection.更多还原
