【Abstract】 Erythromycin A has been routinely used in clinical treatment.However,Erythromycin is hindered by its narrow antimicrobial spectrum and poor stability in acid solution.The second generation macrolide antibiotics has the satisfactory antibacterial activity and the stability in acid.But the tolerance has been the urgent problem.This article summarized the structure reform of Erythromycin to offer the pretty pathway to solve the tolerance.更多还原
