【摘要】 目的研究注射用还原型谷胱甘肽在葡萄糖注射液和氯化钠注射液中的稳定性,为临床用药配伍提供依据。方法以溶液外观、pH值、还原型谷胱甘肽的含量为考察项目,其中还原型谷胱甘肽的含量用HPLC法测定,考察配伍后各考察项目的变化情况。结果注射用还原型谷胱甘肽与葡萄糖注射液和氯化钠注射液配伍后溶液外观、pH值、含量无显著变化。结论注射用还原型谷胱甘肽可与葡萄糖注射液和氯化钠注射液配伍应用。更多还原
