【摘要】 目的建立通淋胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,KromsailC18(5μm,4.6×250mm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(15∶85),检测波长:230nm,流速:1.0ml·min-1。结果芍药苷线性范围为0.001～0.008mg,回收率(n=5)为98.02%,RSD=1.73%。结论本方法快速,简便,准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Tonglin Capsules.Methods HPLC column was Kromsail C_ 18 (5μm,4.6×250mm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (15∶85),and detective wavelength was at 230nm.The flow rate was 1.0ml·min -1.Results The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0.001～0.008mg.The average recovery(n=5)was 98.02%,RSD=1.73% Conclusion This method is rapid,simple and accurate.更多还原
