城市居民血清瘦素水平及体重指数、体脂含量和生活方式对其分泌的影响

【摘要】 目的:测量城市居民血清瘦素水平,探讨体脂含量及生活行为因素对血清瘦素水平的影响。方法:选取158例17 ̄72岁城市社区居民作为研究对象,测量其身高、体重、腰围、臀围、体脂百分比(%fat),计算体重指数(BMI)和腰臀比(WHR);用免疫放射法检测其血清瘦素浓度;通过填写个人情况调查表了解生活行为情况。结果:158例研究对象血清瘦素平均浓度为(17.47±13.52)ng/ml;男性血清瘦素平均浓度为(8.38±6.31)ng/ml,女性为(24.98±13.29)ng/ml,女性明显高于男性(P<0.001);总体瘦素水平与BMI、皮褶厚度、%fat、腰围、臀围呈明显正相关(P<0.001),与WHR无相关,但女性瘦素与WHR相关(P<0.001);职业体力活动、学历、吸烟、饮酒对瘦素均无明显影响。男性每周运动耗能量与瘦素无相关性,而女性则与瘦素呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清瘦素水平的性别差异显著,BMI是影响血清瘦素水平的重要因素;女性日常运动能量消耗与瘦素之间存在正相关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum leptin concentration and body fat and life styles. Methods: One hundred and fifty-eight men and women aged 18~72 years were initially drawn from a community in Jinan city. The parameters were measured including height, weight, waist and hip circumference and leptin concentrations. In addition, a self-administered questionnaire was used to assess life styles. Results: The mean serum concentration of leptin in 158 subjects was (17.47±13.52)ng/ml, and it was (8.38±6.31)ng/ml in male, (24.98±13.29)ng/ml in female, which was positively higher in females than in males(P<0.001). The general serum level of leptin was significantly positively correlated with body mass index(BMI), percent body fat(%fat), waist and hip circumference, but not correlated with waist-hip ratio(WHR). Serum leptin level in females was positively correlated with WHR(P<0.001). Vocational physical activity, educational level, smoking, drinking had no significant effect on serum leptin. There was no correlation between serum leptin and energy consuming each week in males, but positive correlation in females. Conclusion: The serum leptin level is significantly different between male and female. BMI is an important factor affecting serum leptin level. Energy consuming of daily exercise in female is positively correlated with serum leptin.
